Postage & Packaging

The Invisible musician is committed to prompt delivery. We will endeavour to have your order posted within 2 working days. We use Royal Mail First Class to UK addresses. Delivery is free of charge.

Customer Returns

If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations we will happily refund you to the value of goods sold. The following conditions apply:

  • Return of goods must be claimed within 14 days of delivery to you.
  • A valid receipt (original or copy) must be enclosed for all returns.
  • Goods should be returned by registered post at the customer’s expense.
  • A letter should be included with the goods explaining the reason for your return.
